College
Board Partnership: SAT
Preparation Projects
The FEF’s partnership with The College Board was formed to enable
the FEF to provide supplemental, community-based learning
experiences for Florida middle and high school students. Through SAT
strategies courses and summer intensive pre-college programs,
students improve skills in mathematics, reading, science, and
writing; prepare for standardized tests; and enhance their
eligibility for acceptance into college. Since 2001, over 6,500
students have taken FEF SAT strategies courses, and 2,000
have completed FEF intensive summer pre-college programs.
SAT STRATEGIES COURSES
The College Board has trained our teachers to offer courses

Since
2001, the FEF has offered SAT preparation courses at our
Centers of Excellence and at churches and community venues
around the State from Tallahassee to Fort Myers, using The College
Board's SAT materials.
We now also offer the courses online for high
school students, in addition to on-one-one

for middle school students, both
in our virtual classroom.
