CORPORATE MATCHING GIFT
Many corporations match gifts to charitable institutions made by
employees and directors. Some will match the gifts of employee
spouses and retired employees as well. Contact your personnel
department to determine whether your employer has a matching gift
program and further details.
The specific guidelines on the matching gift amount varies with each
employer. If your corporation has a matching gift program, please
obtain your matching gift forms and return them to the FEF. We then
will notify your employer of your gift, which will be tax deductible
like all other gifts to the FEF. If your employer currently does not
match employee gifts, ask the leadership there to consider this
program to instantly double the amount of your gift.
LEGACY AND PLANNED DONATION
A planned gift enables you to have a profound impact on
future generations and may help you make a larger gift than you
thought possible. There are many ways to create your legacy—from
making the FEF a beneficiary in your will, insurance policy, or
